As a foster youth turned case manager in a mental health program, I’ve mastered both surviving the system and helping others navigate it. I run groups that are not therapy, but let’s be real … sometimes they get deep. Having lived through it myself, I’m passionate about self-advocacy and making sure others find their voice (even if it starts as a sarcastic remark). At the end of the day, I’m here to support, empower, and remind people that they have the right to take up space – preferably with confidence and a little bit of humor. I look forward to getting to work with RHEP to continue making a lasting impact in helping others find their voices in the areas that truly matter!
